Bachelor's at Chemical Engineering (2011), Master Degree obtained at Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2014) and Doctor Degree obtained at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2019). The research project on Master Degree was based on the evaluation of the Isoflavones Content and Antioxidant Activity of the Enzymatic Hydrolysate from Soybran. The Doctorade was built with the project of Analysis of the Performance of Separation and Purification Processes of Hyaluronic Acid Produced by Fermentation. Currently, works as a Senior Researcher at Nanobioplus and teaches to Engineering courses at Escola Superior de Administração, Marketing e Comércio (ESAMC). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
