Bachelor's in Chemistry from Universidade de Cruz Alta (2006), Master's in Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2009), and Doctorate in Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2012). Has experience in Chemistry, focusing on Analytical Chemistry and Chemical Process Intensification using alternative energies. Is acting on the following subjects: sample preparation, spectroscopic techniques, and the use of microwave and ultrasound for process intensification. He is an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Santa Maria, where he was the Coordinator of the Post-Graduate Program in Chemistry (PPGQ-UFSM, 2020-2024).
