Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at UFPE (2011) and currently a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow 2.PhD in Applied Chemistry from the Universidad del Pais Vasco, Spain (2010), with a Masters degree in Applied Chemistry and Polymeric Materials Spain (2007). In addition, a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering (Catalytic Processes) from UFPE (2004) and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from UFPB (1999)were obtained.Experience in Chemical Engineering, with an emphasis on Catalysis, Chemical Reactors, and Synthesis and Characterization of Catalysts. The lines of research focus on Fischer Tropsch synthesis (production of synthetic hydrocarbons), hydrogen production, and green hydrogen production (H2V) via catalytic and photocatalytic routes.Manufacture of structured catalysts for use in effluent treatment using solar energy. Extensive experience in the design, construction, and evaluation of microchannel reactors (microreactors).In 2013, he received the 2013 PETROBRAS INVENTOR AWARD in recognition of Petrobras new patent applications.In 2014, he received the Elsevier "TOP CITED 2011/2012" certificate with the article "Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis in Microchannels" in the Chemical Engineering Journal.Since 2022, Research Productivity Fellow 2-CNPq (2023 - current)Current coordinator of the Graduate Program in Chemical Engineering (PPGEQ) at UFPE (2022 to 2024) (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
