PhD candidate in Business Administration at FGV EAESP, with a focus on Corporate Strategy, Sustainability, Collaborative Governance, and Business Ethics. Masters degree from the same institution (2025), CNPq scholarship holder, and member of the Research Group on Administration, Politics, and Society.My current research investigates how companies build relationships with civil society organizations to ethically co-create social value, particularly in contexts marked by inequality. Before entering academia, I worked for over a decade in the private sector, with experience in strategic projects, marketing, and entrepreneurial management in the fashion retail industry a background that enriches the applied perspective I bring to academic research.
