Andréa Rodrigues Chaves

PhD in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo, Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2003). Has experience in Analytical Chemistry, with an emphasis on Analytical Instrumentation and Chromatographic Methods, acting mainly on the following themes: the development of Chromatographic Methods hyphenated systems to mass spectrometry, Miniaturized Sample Preparation Techniques, Development of New Extraction Phases, Systems Automation Analytical and Analytical Validation. He is currently a professor at the Institute of Chemistry at the Federal University of Goiás, coordinator of the Laboratory of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (LaCEM - IQ UFG) and participates as member in the Graduate Program in Chemistry at the same institution. He was second secretary of the Brazilian Society of Chemistry of regional Goiás (SBQ-GO), administration 2018-2020 and is currently first secretary of SBQ-GO for 2020-2022 administration.
