Professor at the Department of Economics, Business and Sociology (LES) at the "Luiz de Queiroz" College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP), where he teaches undergraduate courses in Economics and Business Administration, as well as graduate courses (masters and doctoral levels) in the Graduate Program in Business Administration. He also serves as a collaborating professor in the Graduate Program in Public Policy (masters and doctoral levels) at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC).He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from UFABC, supported by a CAPES scholarship. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (USP), during which he conducted scientific research funded by CNPq and FAPESP. He also holds a Master's degree from the Graduate Program in Latin American Integration (PROLAM-USP), with a scholarship from FAPESP, and a Professional Master's in Management of Public Policies and Organizations from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). Additionally, he holds specialized (MBA) degrees in Strategic and Economic Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Management/SP), in Distance Education from the Metropolitan University of Santos (UNIMES), and in the Rights of Children and Adolescents from ENDICA/UNB.Currently, he is the deputy leader of the "Social Management and Third Sector" theme within the Public Administration field at SemeAd the Administration Seminars of the School of Economics, Business, Accounting and Actuarial Science at USP (FEA-USP). He has taught in several undergraduate and graduate programs, notably as a professor in the Public Management undergraduate course and as coordinator of the Graduate Specialization Course in Public Management with an Emphasis on Monitoring and Evaluation at the School of Higher Education at FIPE.He has also taught in the graduate (lato sensu) programs at the Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP), in the Political Science (in-person) and Economic Theory and Analysis (online) programs; as an advisor in the MBA in Data Science and Analytics at USP/ESALQ; in the Specialization Program in Public Administration and Governmental Management at USP, offered through the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH); in undergraduate and graduate programs at Centro Universitário SENAC/SP; as a research professor in the graduate program in Municipal Public Management at UNIFESP; and as professor of Institutional Relations in the MBA in Strategic Management at the same university.He served as a substitute professor at UNESP Araraquara Campus, teaching Public Finance in the Public Administration program, and was a visiting professor in the Public Policy Management course at USP (2015 to 2018), teaching the courses: Professional Pathways in Public Policy, The Legislative Branch and Public Policy Management, and Public Policy Topics II and VI: Immersion in Municipal Public Management.He has also worked as a consultant in public planning and budgeting, providing services to institutions such as UNICEF, the Brazilian Lithium Company (CBL), Banco Santander, Roche Pharmaceuticals, among others. He served as Planning Manager at the Municipal Government of Osasco and as National Coordinator of Public Action (Advocacy) at the Fe y Alegría Foundation in Brazil Jesuits. In this latter role, he represented the organization as a civil society representative on the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CONANDA/SDH) during the 20122014 term.
