Meliam Viganó Gaspar

PhD in Archaeology (2019) at the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology of the University of Sao Paulo, including a visiting research period at Leiden University, the Netherlands. Graduated in Social Sciences at the University of Sao Paulo (2011), and Master in Archaeology at the University of Sao Paulo (2014). Coordinator of Núcleo de Arqueologia e Etnologia do Museu da Amazônia (MUSA-NAE), and curator of the museum's archaological and ethnographic collections. Participates in the Work Group Archaeological Collections, from Sociedade de Arqueologia Brasileira (SAB), and is part of the editorial board of the Revista de Arqueologia da SAB, 2024-2026 perid.
