Wellington Migliari is a post-doctoral researcher at the Center for Crime and Public Security Studies (CRISP), Faculty of Philosophy and Human Sciences of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (PPGS/FAFICH/UFMG). He holds a post-doctorate from the same university at the Faculty of Law, Citizenship Hubs Program. He is PhD in Law and Political Science from the Faculty of Law, Universitat de Barcelona, #8203;#8203;Spain. He also earned a master's degree in International Studies from the same institution. He holds a degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, University of São Paulo (IRI-USP) with an exchange at Pembroke-King's College, International Programme, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. During the last decade, he's been dedicated to the study of international regimes on sustainable urban development. He received a scholarship from the Full Doctorate Program Abroad funded by CAPES - Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. He also has a degree in Literature, Bachelor's and Full Degree, with qualifications in Portuguese and English, from the University of São Paulo with a master's degree in Brazilian Literature from the same university.
