Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos (Fapesp Scholar), along with a Master's and PhD in Political Science from the same institution (both achieved as a Fapesp Scholar). Undertook a visiting researcher role at the University of Hull, England (Bepe/Fapesp Scholar). Recipient of an Honorable Mention in the Award for Excellence in Scientific Communication (UFF, 2021).
