PhD in linguistics from the Department of Linguistics of the University of São Paulo (2023), with BA and MA degrees in the same department. My interests are philosophy of science, philosophy of language, epistemology, cognitive sciences, and linguistic theories. I have built an interdisciplinary background, with an emphasis on the dialogue between Linguistics and Philosophy, as well as on Linguistics as a discipline in the field of Cognitive Sciences. Since undergraduation, I have been researching Wittgenstein's philosophy, and have worked on and refined its interlocution with scientific problems faced by cognitive approaches to language and thought. Currently, I intend to extend to other linguistic theory the Wittgensteinian-inspired naturalistic criticism practiced in the recently defended thesis, besides deepening my research on the concepts of intentionality and, especially, normativity. I am interested in approaches to language that are usage-, interaction-, and practice-oriented, and which offer possible alternatives to structuralist and cognitivist approaches.
