She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (1981), a Master's degree in Geophysics from the University of São Paulo (1986), and a PhD in Geophysics from the University of São Paulo (1994). She was a professor at the University of São Paulo from 1988 to 2024. She has experience in Geophysics, with an emphasis on Gravimetry and Magnetometry.Since 2024, she has been a member of the MALA collective (Morada Andarilha dos Livros de Artista), where she dedicates herself to creating artist books and group exhibitions of her work. The work is based on the investigation of the magnetic anomalies located in the adjacent coves of Paraty-Mirim and Saco de Mamanguá, in Rio de Janeiro.
