Felipe Ferreira Luiz Gorla

PhD in Science from the Naval and Ocean Engineering Program at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP - 2025). Bachelor's degree in Geology from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2011). Currently works as a Senior Geologist at Petrobras, performing activities in the oil and gas exploration sector in the Santos and Campos basins, specifically in the evaluation of exploratory opportunities and geological-geophysical interpretation. Previously, participated in operations on onshore drilling rigs, conducting geological monitoring and data acquisition activities in the Recôncavo Basin between 2012 and 2015. Completed advanced training courses in Geological Data Acquisition at Petrobras (2016). Possesses extensive experience in geosciences, with an emphasis on stratigraphy, sedimentology, and petroleum geology.
