She has a degree in Geography - Facultad de Ciencías Forestales, Escuela de Geográfia (1988), Master in Geosciences (Sedimentary Geology) from the University of São Paulo (1994), PhD in Geosciences (Sedimentary Geology) from the University of São Paulo (1998), Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Laboratory of Applied Geophysics, Institute of Geosciences, University of Brasilia (2008) and Full Professor in 2013.He is currently an Associate Professor at the Institute of Geosciences, State University of Campinas, São Paulo State. He has experience in the area of Geosciences, developing research in Tafonomy (biostratonomy and fossildiagenesis), Phanerozoic floras of South America, new methodologies for paleontological analysis and bioclasts associated with carbonates.
