She is Assistant Professor at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics from the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC/USP) (2015). She also has a Master's degree in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics from the same institute, obtained in 2010. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2006). She has experience in the field of Software Engineering, with a focus on Software Testing, primarily working on the following topics: testing of complex systems (autonomous systems, systems of systems), structural testing, test case generation, repository mining, and software engineering education. She was a visiting researcher funded by Fulbright in the ARiSE Lab group at Columbia University (2021/2022). She was also a visiting researcher in the Software Engineering Dependable Computing (SEDC) group at ISTI/CNR and the DEpendable Evolvable Pervasive Software Engineering (DEEP-SE) group at Politecnico di Milano. She served as the Chair of the Program Committee of the Brazilian Symposium on Systematic and Automated Software Testing (SAST 2020). She was a member of the Management Committee of the Brazilian Special Commission on Software Engineering (CE-ES) in 2020-2021. She serves as a reviewer for journal articles and conferences in the national and international areas of Software Engineering. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
