Researcher at the Bauru Orofacial Pain Group. Postgraduate teacher in Update and Specialization courses at the Bauru Dental Teaching Institute. PhD in Applied Dental Sciences, with a focus on Oral Rehabilitation at the Bauru School of Dentistry - USP, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Paulo César Rodrigues Conti. Master's in Neuroscience by the Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Sciences at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School - USP, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. José Geraldo Speciali. Holds a degree in Dentistry from the Ribeirão Preto School of Dentistry/USP (1996). Specialist in Temporomandibular Dysfunction and Orofacial Pain by the Association of Dental Surgeons of Campinas (2005). Has experience in the field of Dentistry, with an emphasis on Orofacial Pain, mainly working on the following topics: temporomandibular dysfunction, headache, neuropathic pain, non-odontogenic toothache. Member of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), the Brazilian Society of Temporomandibular Dysfunction and Orofacial Pain (SBDOF), the Brazilian Headache Society (SBCe).
