received the Electrical Engineering degree and the Master of Engineering degree in Power Systems from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in 2006 and 2008, respectively. He received the D.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of São Paulo (São Carlos Engineering School). He has experience in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Power Systems and working in the following subjects: power distribution systems, power system stability, fault location, distributed generation, fault detection, and apparent impedance.
