Elaini Cristina Gonzaga da Silva has a degree in Law (2002), MSc (2007) and Ph.D. (2011) in International Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). During his Ph.D., she was a visiting researcher with desiguALdades.net by the Free University of Berlin and the Ibero-American Institute (2010-2011) and was granted a scholarship bythe Foundation for Research Support of São Paulo (FAPESP) (2011). She is a professor at the Catholic Pontifical University of Sao Paulo (PUCSP), where she is a researcher of the Observatory of International Relations (ORI). Elaini Cristina Gonzaga da Silva has experience in the following areas, with an emphasis on international law, conflicts between market and environment, human rights, gender, as well as foreign policy and democracy.
