Marilia Silva de Albuquerque

PhD`s at Health Science from Santa Casa de São Paulo Medical School (2018), Master's at Pharmacology from University of Sao Paulo (2013) and Bachelor's at Gerontology from University of Sao Paulo (2010). Has international experience in Canada, worked for three months as a volunteer at Prado´s lab at the University of Western Ontario, in London and for ten months at Quirion´s lab (in Douglas Mental Health) at McGill University, Montreal. Is a guesting professor at Santa Casa de São Paulo Medical School and Mackenzie Presbyterian University, giving class about Neuroscience applied to Education and to to Human Development. Has experience in Pharmacology, Applied Neuroscience, Clinical Trial with elderly, acting on the following subjects: aging, Alzheimer disease, cognition assessment, memory deficit, microdose of lithium carbonate, cholinergic and GABAergic systems.
