Bernardo Walmott Borges

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2002), a Master's degree in Physics from the same institution (2004), and a PhD in Physics from the same university (2008). He is currently an Associate Professor in the Special Coordination of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (FQM) at the Center for Science, Technology, and Health (CTS) on the Araranguá Campus of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). He has experience in the field of Astronomy, with an emphasis on Optical and Infrared Astronomy, Stellar Astrophysics, Galactic Astrophysics, Astronomical Data Processing, and Astronomy Education.
