Luciana da Silva Freitas

Graduated in Pharmacy, Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science at the Barão de Mauá University Center (2005) and at the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (1995). I have a Master?s Degrees from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto - FCFRP/USP and PhD in Chemical from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto - FFCLRP/USP, having worked with development and stability of formulations containing plant extracts and photoprotectors and development of analytical methodology by Multidimensional Liquid Chromatography involving enzyme inhibitors and plant extracts. I have experience in the area of Integrative Medicine (Acupuncture), clinical and hospital pharmacy and in social movements and gender research, and I keep developing actions related to Public Policies with a focus on mobility. Member of the ABNT Committees for Quality and Competence in the Clinical Laboratory, Products for In Vitro Diagnosis, Sterilization of Health Products and the Special Risk Management Study Commission. Member of the Regional Technical Working Group on Logistics of Products of Interest to Health at CRFSP. As a pharmacist in the São Paulo State Sanitary Surveillance, I am responsible for the Health Products and Laboratories areas in the Ribeirão Preto region monitoring and evaluation the Quality Systems of the regulated sector and the action of local surveillance in these areas, also works as GMP inspector in Health Products and Medicines industries.
