Marcela Purini Belem

Graduated in Social Sciences , Masters in Production Engineering (DEP - UFSCar) and a Doctorate in Political Science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar, 2015). The researcher carried out her Doctoral internship, with scholarship from CAPES, at Laboratoire Le Printemps, Université de Versailles Saint Quentin - In - Yvelline, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Frédéric Lebaron. She is also a researcher at the Center for Studies in Economic and Finance Sociology (NESEFI/ UFSCar) and is starting her first post-doctoral project. Marcela serves as Public Executive in the State governament of São Paulo and is currently working on the agenda for the defense of women against domestic violence and also monitors the agendas related to traditional and specific groups in situations of social vulnerability .
