Professor of Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). PhD in Geography by the Postgraduate Program in Geography of the São Paulo State University of Presidente Prudente (FCT / UNESP). Graduate in Geography by the same institution. Has experience in Geography, with emphasis on Climate Geography. Its research theme is climate change and capitalist production of nature. Currently developing project on Risk and Vulnerability to floods and landslides in Salvador, Bahia, BR. He also served as teacher in the Public Education Network of São Paulo State.
