Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas (IAG)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

I graduated with a Bachelor's in Physics from Universidade Federal do Paraná (2005), and I have a master's in Astronomy from Universidade de São Paulo (2008) and a PhD in astronomy from USP (2012). After I got my Ph.D., I was a member of the LLAMA (Long Latin America Millimetric Array) project. On behalf of the project, I have worked twice at IRAM (Institut de Radioastronomie Millimetrique), Grenoble, France. The first time was financially supported by the Science Without Borders program (7 months), and the second time was supported by FAPESP (10 months). Since March 2020, I am an NRAO (National Radio Astronomer Observatory) staff member working at the VLA (Very Large Array) support telescope group in Socorro, New Mexico, USA. I am also an astronomer on duty to act in the calibration of the VLA Sky Survey, and I participate in the ngVLA prototype tests. My primary interests are radio astronomy, including quasars, masers, 21cm line, astrochemistry, and instrumentation. Main subject: Radio Astronomy. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
