Ph.D. and Master's degree holder in Economic Development from UNICAMP, with a sandwich Ph.D. period at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Graduated economist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), specializing in data analysis using R and Python programming languages. Extension professor at Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), teaching courses in econometrics and quantitative methods, with an approved extension project under the Institutional Extension Program - Observatories PUC-Campinas. Engaged in monitoring regional socioeconomic indicators and providing consultancy to public, private, and third-sector institutions for data analysis supporting decision-making and policy design.
