I am a psychiatrist and faculty member at the School of Medicine of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), Altamira campus, where I have been teaching since 2018. I hold a masters degree in Sustainability with Traditional Peoples and Territories from the University of Brasília (UnB, 2023), with a focus on mental health, interculturality, socio-environmental impacts, and ways of life in the Amazon. I earned my medical degree from Unicamp (2011) and completed my residency in Psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry of the University of São Paulo Medical School (USP, 2015).Since 2019, I have coordinated the medical team of SAMA Health In Harmony, working on Planetary Health initiatives in the Extractive Reserves of the Terra do Meio region. My work includes primary health care, women's health, mental health, and integrated care practices in forest-based contexts. I am also part of the Rede Bem Viver Altamira network since 2018, collaborating on interinstitutional efforts to promote well-being and healthcare for Indigenous peoples in the Middle Xingu region.I have clinical and psychotherapeutic experience grounded in a psychodynamic orientation and a particular interest in the intersections of psychiatry, phenomenology, and intercultural care. I am a member of the Brazilian Society for Phenomenological-Structural Psychopathology (SBPFE) and engage in teaching, research, and outreach projects in the fields of mental health, Indigenous health, and Planetary Health.
