Graduated in Geography from the São Paulo State University (UNESP), Rio Claro campus (2008). Master in Geography from the same institution (2011). PhD in Geography on the Faculty of Science and Technology of the São Paulo State University (UNESP), Presidente Prudente campus (2016). Works as a professor in the Geography Department of the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and develops research in the area of Physical Geography, with emphasis on Geomorphology and Environmental Planning. Has experience in diagnosing erosion processes and proposals for the recovery of degraded areas through Soil Bioengineering techniques. Supervises Scientific Initiation and Master's work and participates in science popularization projects, especially in the theme of Geodiversity and Geoeducation.
