Eduardo Lobo gained his PhD in Music (2018) from the University of Campinas. He also completed his master's degree (2012) and graduation (2003) in Popular Music at the same institution. He is currently a professor at the Nazarene University in Brazil, where he teaches practical and theoretical disciplines. In 2015 he participated as a soloist and researcher in the recording of Concertos Cariocas by Radamés Gnattali in a project of the Municipal Symphonic Orchestra of Campinas. In the music area, he works as composer, arranger, and guitarist of 6 and 7 strings, having published 8 CDs as a group leader. He also took part as a musician in the projects Instrumental University Circuit (Almanaque Cultural / PETROBRÁS - 2006) and Pixinguinha (Funarte / PETROBRÁS - 2006), with national repercussion. In 2011 and 2012 he wrote two books for Projeto Guri (SP): "Cavaco: básico 1" in the versions for educator and student. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
