Architect and Urban Planner from the Federal University of Ceará (Fortaleza, 2006), Specialist in Housing and Urban Development from the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (Rotterdam, 2010), Master in Architecture and Urbanism from the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (São Carlos, 2012), Doctor in Architecture and Urbanism from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (São Paulo, 2023) and Construction Technician from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (Fortaleza, 2001). He is a collaborator of the Laboratory of Housing and Human Settlements (LabHab) of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo and the Laboratory of Housing (Lehab) of the Federal University of Ceará, as well as the core of the Observatório das Metrópoles in Fortaleza. He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará, Quixadá Campus, where he coordinates the Popular Office - Technical Assistance in Engineering and the Laboratory for Studies on Urban and Built Spaces in the Semiarid Region. He works and/or is interested in urban planning, housing policy, urban politics, right to the city, right to housing, technology and housing, technical assistance and geotechnologies.
