Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia Elétrica e Computação (FEEC) at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), has a master's degree (2011) and graduate (2007) in electrical engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) - Campus de Bauru, and also electronics technician (2000) by the Colégio Técnico Industrial (CTI) at UNESP Bauru Campus. Former professor at the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR) and at the Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina (IFSC). Has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Electric Power Systems, working mainly on the following subjects: electrical power systems, electrical engineering, power distribution, energy planning and energy markets.
