Dr. Allan Radaic holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of São Carlos (2010), and he is Master in Science (2012) and a Phylosopher Doctor in Biochemstry from University of Campinas (2018). He worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Neuroproteomic Laboratory (LNP) of the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), where he developed nanotecnological models of anti-psychotic drugs for schizophrenia between 2018 and 2019. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Yvonne L. Kapila at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he works on nanotechnological approached to use bacteriocins for treatment of cancer, with the development of new formulations for treatment of periodontitis and implantitis and with the evaluation of changes in the oral microbiome during transitions from normal to dysplasia and tumor in head and neck cancof oral biofilm dysbiosis and head and ner. He has experience in General Biology, with emphasis in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Nanotechnology, working mainly on the following topics: solid lipid nanoparticles, gene loading, 3D cell culture and Microbiology.
