Daniel Augusto Cantane

Bachelor in Chemistry, Master and Doctor in Chemical Science, Physical-chemistry, at University of São Paulo, with a Postdoctoral degree at University of Campinas. My expertise is focused on the field of renewable energy systems, including electrolysis, fuel cells, and batteries (electrochemistry). My professional experience (+15 years) involves technological development with potentially useful industrial applications (energy sector). My technical activities are focused on performance, reliability, and extended operational durability of energy system, working with multidisciplinary teams (Brazil and abroad), from conception to the execution of RD projects, including leadership in technology transfer activities and the startup of demonstrative projects in an operational environment. Currently, I am the manager of the Hydrogen Technologies Center at Itaipu Technology Park. Published +50 technical reports, provided +40 technical presentations and 2 patent.
