Biomedical scientist, with extensive knowledge in clinical analysis and experience in pathological anatomy. Two years experience in Immunogenetics techniques obtained during the Professional Improvement course at Butantan Institute. PhD of Science with a focus on Immunology at the University of São Paulo. The main topic of the dissertation was the genetic study of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Vast experience in Immunology, molecular and cellular biology techniques like RNA and DNA extraction, PCR RT, ELISA, microarray, proteome, cell culture, cell transfection and microRNA techniques. As part of the PhD training I performed a 12-month internship at University of Florida, College of Dentistry, Gainesville, FL. Knowledge about the Clinical Research area obtained during the "Clinical Research Training" course at INVITARE.
