Claudia Maria de Magalhaes Eloy

PhD in Urban Planning (FAU-USP, 2013); Master in City Planning (University of Pennsylvania, 1994); Master in Public Administration (Federal University of Bahia, 2000), BA in Architecture and Urban Planning (Federal University of Bahia, 1991). Also holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance (Ordem dos Economistas do Brasil & Fipe, 2009) and participated in the International Housing Finance Program at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania, 2011). Worked at Bahia Housing Company (URBIS) and Bahia Development Agency (Desenbahia). More recently, worked as a consultant/TA in housing finance and subsidy policy for FIPE, FUPAM and the World Bank.
