Abstract
This proposal aims to prepare 3 beta-carbolines displaying one or two alkylguanidine residues in order to evaluate their non-covalent interaction with 3 phosphodiesters. The methodology to be employed in these studies are: NMR, Mass Spectrometry and Calorimetry.
