Abstract
This postdoc will be in charge of the fluid expansion formalism, studying and implementing a pre-equilibrium phase and transport after hadronization with the equations for 3+1 relativistic viscous hydrodynamics with baryonic diffusion. (AU)
Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Física (IF) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
Bachelor (2011), Master (2014) and PhD (2019) in Physics on University of Sao Paulo, at Institute of Physics of São Carlos. Currently is a post-doc researcher in Institute of Physics at Universidade de São Paulo (IF-USP), developing relativistic hydrodynamic simulations for Heavy-Ion collisions. Before that, he was a post-doc researcher at Institute of Physics Gleb Wataghin, at State University of Campinas studying heavy-ion collision phenomenology. He participated in a Sandwich Doctorate at Université Paris-Sud, Laboratoire de Physique Theorique d'Orsay, developing numerical analysis for lattice QCD simulations. He also participated in three international schools: Hadron Structure and Hadronic Matter, and Lattice QCD (Dubna, Russia, 2017), VII Parma International School of Theoretical Physics (Parma, Italy, 2014) e New Horizons in Lattice Field Theory (Natal, Brazil, 2013). He was also a summer student at DESY-Zeuthen laboratory as part of the "DESY Summer Student Programme 2012". His research experience includes Monte Carlo simulations for lattice gauge theory and the execution and analysis of relativistic heavy-ion collisions simulations. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)

This is a proposal for a Pos-doc (PD) project that is directly connected to the FAPESP Temático research project "Hadronic Physics in High Energy Nuclear Collisions", grant 2017/05685-2. The general project is focused on understanding phenomenological aspects of QCD strongly interacting matter created in heavy ion collisions. One of the main aims of the temático project is to establish a …
On the present project we will do an introduction to numerical simulation on lattice QCD, with emphasis in the case of extreme conditions of temperature, where is observed the transition to the called quarks and gluons plasma. Particularly, we will study the critical behavior on the neighborhood of the phase transition, as well as aspects related to the behavior of heavy quarks on high te…

In 2005 the discovery of GQP formation on heavy-ion collisions was announced by the four experiments at RHIC accelerator. It soon became evident that one could describe it as a near-perfect relativistic fluid. Since then, many effects were added in relativistic hydrodynamic simulations, such as viscous corrections up to second order and baryonic diffusion. Brazilian researchers were among…
