Graduated in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry of Araçatuba/Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (1988), Master's degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the State University of São Paulo "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (1995) and PhD in Dentistry from the State University of São Paulo "Júlio de Son Mosque" (1997). He is currently a Full Professor (24/03/2015) at Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", Department of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry, Discipline of Pediatric Dentistry. He has experience in the field of Dentistry, with a clinical emphasis on Pediatric Dentistry and research in the area of Cariology, working in the research, development, and testing of oral care and hygiene products such as dentifrices, topical products (gel, foam, varnishes, and mouthwashes) and dental materials.
