Associate Professor at the Department of Technology (AUT) of the School of Architecture, Urbanism, and Design at the University of São Paulo (FAU-USP). She holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo, São Carlos campus (IAU-USP), as well as a Masters and a Ph.D. in Sciences in the field of Architecture, Urbanism, and Technology from the same institution. She completed six-month research internships at North Carolina State University (NCSU) and at the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC). She is currently the deputy coordinator of the Laboratory for Environmental Comfort and Energy Efficiency (LABAUT) at FAU-USP. She is also a member of the editorial team of PARC Research in Architecture and Construction (FECFAU/UNICAMP). Her academic experience focuses on Architecture, Urbanism, and Technology, with an emphasis on environmental comfort, thermal comfort, natural ventilation, wind tunnel testing, and thermal-energy performance simulation of buildings.
