Leandro Silva Pimenta, PhD, obtained his Bachelor in Physics by the University of São Paulo, Institute of Physics of São Carlos (IFSC - USP, 2011), an engineering degree with a Physics specialisation at ESPCI - Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles de la ville de Paris (2015), Master's degree at ICFP - International Center for Fundamental Physics (École Polytechnique, ENS-Montrouge ENS-PSL, Sorbonne Université, Université Paris Cité, Université Paris Saclay, 2015) and his PhD in Physics from Université Paris-Cité (2018), acting on the following subjects: holography, holographic renormalisation group and gravity. Dr. Silva Pimenta has research experience in the areas of: gravitation and applications, including modifications of general relativity, holographic renormalization group, gauge-gravity duality; condensed matter, in particular topological insulators and pseudo-relativistic behaviors in these materials; physical chemistry, with quantum modeling in the context of artificial photosynthesis. He has over 5 years of experience in software design and development, including a project for Air Liquide in computational fluid mechanics lasting about 2.5 years, as a consultant at Alten, and over a decade of experience in programming. Leandro is also certified in Quantum Machine Learning by the University of Toronto and in stochastic processes by the Universities of Kyoto and the Higher School of Economics (EHESE, Moscow).
