Lecturer in the Undergraduate (BA and BSc) and Postgraduate courses in Geography (PROGEO) and the Postgraduate Program in Regional Economics and Public Policies (PERPP) at the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC). Member of the UESC Rural Extension Project. PhD (2020) and Master's (2015) in Geography from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), with a sandwich period at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (Mexico). She also has a bachelor's degree (2012) and a licentiate degree (2011) in Geography from the same institution, at the Presidente Prudente campus. She has a post-doctorate in Geography (2023) from the State University of Southwest Bahia (UESB) and a specialization in Geography Teaching (2022) from UNESP, Ourinhos campus. She won the first edition of the Isabel André Prize for Research in Gender and Geography, awarded by the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning (IGOT) of the University of Lisbon. Since 2011, she has dedicated herself to the study of gender relations in the agrarian space. Currently, her main research interests include: gender relations in the countryside and in the city, intersectionality, public policies, qualitative methodologies and the participation of women in geographical thought.
