He holds a bachelor's degree at Biological Sciences from the State University of Western of Paraná (2007), master degree at Biological Sciences (Cell Biology) from the State University of Maringá (2010) and PhD at Functional and Molecular Biology from the State University of Campinas (2014). Post-doctorate at the Institut für Pharmakologie und Toxikologie, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, Germany (2018). Currently holds post-doctorate at the State University of Campinas. He has experience in the field of Physiology, with emphasis on endocrine physiology, working mainly on the following topics: adenosine signaling in the adipose tissue, insulin and leptin signaling, obesity, insulin secretion, hypothalamic control of hunger and satiety, consumption and energy expenditure.
