At AC Camargo, he joined the Graduate Council and later chaired the Research Commission (COPE).In 2009, with the inauguration of the Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo (ICESP), he was invited to join the Oncology Surgery group of the General Surgery Department at HC and the Sarcomas and Melanomas Group at ICESP. Maintaining teaching, research and assistance activities at AC Camargo and ICESP.He left the AC Camargo Cancer Center at the end of 2017 and, in 2018, he was appointed to the coordination of ICESP's Sarcomas and Melanomas group. In parallel, he was invited to help create the High Risk Clinic of the Genomics Service of Beneficência Portuguesa in São Paulo. At Hospital Sírio Libanês, he has been working as an oncology surgeon since 2001 and in 2018, he was invited to join the Research Ethics Committee (CEP-HSL) and, in 2020, appointed to coordinate the Nucleus of Cutaneous Oncology and Sarcomas (NOCS).Areas of expertise: soft tissue sarcomas, retroperitoneum tumors, GIST, skin tumors (melanomas and carcinomas), colorectal cancer, hereditary colorectal cancer, tumors with peritoneal dissemination (carcinoma, appendix tumors, mesothelioma, ovarian tumors) and cytoreductive surgery associated with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.Scientific societies: GBM (Brazilian Group of Melanoma), GETH (Group of Hereditary Tumor Studies; CBC (Brazilian College of Surgeons), SBCO (Brazilian Society of Oncology Surgery) and American Society of Oncology Surgery (SSO - Society of Surgical Oncology) .Research ID: http://www.researcherid.com/rid/E-7942-2018 ORCID: http://orcid.org/0000-0002-5340-2578.
