Professor at Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia. Graduated at Biological Sciences from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2006), MS degree at the Museu Nacional (UFRJ), Rio de Janeiro, and PhD degree at UNESP, Rio Claro Sao Paulo state. Has experience in Zoology, focusing on Sistematics and diversity of Amphibia Anura. Substitute professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo fora year (2009-2010), teaching the disciplines: Zoology of Vertebrates, Herpetology, Paleontology and Plant Biology. She obtained a PhD degree from the postgraduate program at UNESP Rio Claro-SP (2015) and worked as a researcher and executive director at Instituto Uiraçu from 2016 to 2017. Conducted her voluntary post-doctoral research at the State University of Santa Cruz, where she also works as a volunteer professor teaching Paleontology and Integrative Zoological Taxonomy. Main lines of research: evolution, systematics, conservation of the Neotropical anurofauna.
