I'm IT Consultant with broad experience in web development and software engineering. Nowadays I work focused on project management and product conception. I keep learning new paradigms and technologies to solve problems and improve the ability to think about the system architecture that I work with. As Grubster CTO besides hire and develop people, I negociate partnership agreements and manage web and mobile projects assuring the successful execution of the company's mission, product's roadmap, budget and deadlines. Acting as PO on the agile team I talk with clients and users to priorize the high backlog's ROI. I write user storys to ensure the tech team has the necessary assets to develop efficiently and I help the Scrum Master and the whole team to full fill their roles in the project. Since I have an wide technical background, I assist the team with architecture and monitoring to ensure products's growth and availability.
