Ricardo Toledo Silva

Graduated (1974), master (1984) and doctor (1991) in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo, he is a retired full professor of the same institution. He is a member of the board of the Infrastructure Department of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP), in the Sanitation and Energy divisions. FIESP representative on the Energy Council of ARSESP - Sanitation and Energy Regulatory Agency of the State of São Paulo, from 2021 to 2024. Had executive and advisory positions in the areas of sanitation and energy in the government of the State of São Paulo (2006 to 2018) and in the federal government (1992 to 2001), in parallel with the functions held at the University of São Paulo. Former researcher in the Civil Construction Division at IPT - Technological Research Institute of the State of São Paulo. He has professional and research experience in Urban and Regional Infrastructure, working mainly in integrated management, sanitation, water supply, energy, urban policy and public regulation.
