Full Professor MS-6 in the area of Hydrology and Water Resources Management - Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism - UNICAMP. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from UNICAMP (1985), a master's degree in Civil Engineering in the area of Hydraulics from the University of São Paulo (EPUSP - 1993) and a doctorate in Hydraulic Engineering and Sanitation from EESC-USP (1998). Full Professor (MS5) at FEC-Unicamp (2010). Post-Doctorate from the University of Toronto - Ontario Canada (2000-2001). He currently coordinates two research laboratories - LAPLA (Planning Laboratory) and LADSEA (Multicriteria Decision Support Laboratory for Business and Environmental Sustainability). He was Pro-tempore Director of TWRA - São Paulo Regional (2020-2021). He has experience in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Water Resources Management, working mainly on the following topics: hydrology, urban drainage, water supply crisis and water scarcity crisis, statistical hydrology, hydrological modelling, and hydraulic modelling. Several books and book chapters were edited and published. University representative on the State Water Resources Council from 2015-2018.
