Paulo Cezar de Almeida

Master and Doctor in Sciences (UNIFESP), Post-Doctorate at the Pasteur Institute/Paris - France. From 2007 to the present, he has dedicated himself to working professionally and in consultancy and advisory projects in the area of #8203;#8203;management and strategic planning, with companies and entities in Brazil and abroad. In these positions, he developed management and planning activities, team management, institutional relations and business development. He participated in the implementation and operation design of INTEC - Technological Incubator of Mogi das Cruzes and was Superintendent of Strategic Planning - University of Mogi das Cruzes. He served as Technology Coordinator at CIESP/FIESP Alto Tietê and was a consultant and Technical Advisor for Institutional Relations with FUNDAP - Foundation for Administrative Development of the Government of the State of São Paulo in educational and technological policy projects. He worked on the strategic and administrative formulation for the implementation of the Alto Tietê Regional Development Agency - ADRAT and as a consultant for the Global Care Initiative, promoted by the Institut Carnot (France), for strategic partnerships and planning with universities and research institutes in the State of São Paulo.
