Undergratduated in Phisics (1969) and Economics (1980), at the University of São Paulo, Ph. D. in Industrial Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1987). Associated Professor at the Department of Economics at FEA/USP - Faculty of Economics, Business and Accounting of the University of São Paulo. Consultant to the World Bank, the ILO, and the IDB. Member of the Superior Board of Strategic Studies and of the Superior Board of Labor Relations, both of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo. Member of the Board of Economic Orientation of the Commercial Association of São Paulo. Member od the Management Board od the Department of Labor and Entrepeneurship of the City of São Paulo.
