Senior Full Professor at the Ribeirão Preto School of Nursing, University of São Paulo (EERP-USP) since 2020. At USP, she held various positions related to Graduate Studies, such as Chair of the Graduate Studies Committee and Coordinator of Programs; Organizer and Coordinator of the Professional Master's Program in Technology and Innovation in Nursing (2013-2017); Chair of the Committee on Culture and University Extension, in addition to representations in various collegiate bodies (Central Councils, Representation on the USP Campus in Ribeirão Preto, Congregation, Department, EERP Ombudsman). Organizer of events related to graduate studies. Associate Editor of the Revista Latino-americana de Enfermagem and the Advances in Nursing and Health journal. Ad hoc reviewer for national and international journals. Visiting Professor at the Professional Master's Program in Gerontology - PMPG at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and currently Visiting Professor at the Postgraduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Alfenas. Advisor to graduate students at USP and UFPB. Coordinator of the CAPES/COFEN - PCI project between UFPB and the Federal University of Mato Grosso, Araguaia Campus. Supervised graduate studies in the Fundamental Nursing Program at EERP-USP and in the PMPG at UFPB. Other activities: Member of the Regional Implementation and Monitoring Group of RENAST - National Network for Occupational Health Care of the DIR of Ribeirão Preto (2004); Member of the Working Group of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, responsible for drafting Normative Rule 32; Member of the Evaluation Committee for Graduate Programs in Nursing at the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - CAPES (2009-2011); Consulting services to universities for the implementation of Graduate Programs in Nursing; in the evaluation process of scholarship holders of PIBIC projects, among others. Effective member of REDENSO - International Network of Occupational Health Nursing since 2014 and NUESAT-USP. Awards and Distinctions: Received several awards and distinctions throughout her career at USP, including the best doctoral thesis in nursing awarded by CAPES, and others, including a doctoral student she supervised at the International Congress on Occupational Health Nursing, 2021, Portugal. Research Interests ; Biological markers related to the health of nursing workers, workers' health (in general), the elderly worker and the repercussions of work on their life, technologies and innovations in health and nursing; exposure of nursing workers to microplastics.
