Roberto Ramos Júnior

Bachelor's at Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from Escola Politecnica, University of São Paulo (1988), concluded the Master's in Mechanical Engineering at the Escola Politecnica of the University of São Paulo (1994) and the Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at the Escola Politecnica of the University of São Paulo (2001). Currently works at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Escola Politecnica (USP) in Mechanics of Solids field. His main research line involves the local structural analysis of flexible risers and umbilical cables. He also took part of several research projects involving renowned industries like Petrobras, Embraer and Prysmian.
