Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (1980) and in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1982). Master in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP (1985), Doctor in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1991), Post-Doctorate in Communication from USP and Free Lecturer in Theory of Organizations from UNICAMP. He is currently Full Professor and researcher at the Faculty of Education and the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at the State University of Campinas, in the area of Work, Health and Subjectivity. He is also a professor at the Université de Nanterre (Paris X). He researches and studies Moral and Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Ethics at Work. With Margarida Barreto, he founded the first website on Moral Harassment in Brazil and the Latin American Network to Combat Labor Harassment and Other Manifestations of Violence at Work.
